Founded in 1996 by James F. Nieto, JFN began with a single apartment project in Tucson, Arizona.
To date we have teamed with our customers to deliver an estimated $5B worth of new Student-Housing, Multifamily-Residential, Hotel, and Senior-Living construction across the Southwest.
